History of Donaldson Filtration Solutions

In 1915, Frank Donaldson, Sr. was a Bull Tractor Company salesman. He visited a customer’s farm to look at a tractor that kept breaking down. He then hand-made a simple air cleaner to protect the tractor’s engine from dust and debris intrusion. When this air cleaner was introduced to the market, the Donaldson Company was born. More than 100 years later, Donaldson continues to design and manufacture innovative products that solve complex solutions.
